At MVPL, we believe in being the change by introducing sustainability practices in master planning and design in green field & brown field projects, with a vision to bring down the carbon footprint. We bring consultants and accredited companies together to provide services like concept, design, drawings and building service plans, green advisory services and commercial project services such as building performance audits for energy, water & waste.

Our team of consultants have worked on projects for BCIL and have access to extensive market survey data for green projects. We advise on ecological feasibility, which is central to our green strategies — our solutions are aimed at saving capital cost during project inception, operating cost year on year, and reducing the life cycle cost of capital assets.

Projects Supported By JSF

JSF supports projects under the "Aid to Enterprise" initiative of MVPL and channelises Government grants, CSR funds and HNI philanthropic contributions to make this concept a reality. JSF plays an active role in all philanthropic initiatives and projects of the parent company, MVPL.

The Smart Village project can be a catalyst in setting the trend of reverse migration from urban to rural areas, with its vision of self-sufficient, sustainable villages equipped with WHO standards of healthcare, clean energy, water and waste solutions, women empowerment initiatives and opportunities for ex-servicemen and the rural population.

MVPL brings to the table the expertise of companies & consultants who have several LEED rated green buildings in India and the GCC to their credit, and we work with reputed consulting companies who are members of the US Green Building Council (USGBC) and the India Green Building Council (IGBC).
