Jagdish has 40 years of diversified experience in all facets of infrastructure development including planning, financing, engineering, design, construction and operations management. He has successfully managed several multibillion-dollar, complex, public infrastructure projects and programs including Airports, Smart Cities, Water/Wastewater Plants and Deep Tunnels, around the world. He has held executive and management positions advising public and private sector clients in the USA, UK, UAE, Singapore, Hong Kong and India. He has a double master's degree in Civil Engineering (Mumbai) and Environmental Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, USA. He did his MBA from University of South Florida, USA.

He started his professional career in the USA as a design/project engineer and quickly moved up to be a successful Regional Manager, Chief Operating Officer, Program Director. In his last assignment, he served as Senior Vice President for AECOM, a multidisciplinary, international consulting firm, where he headed the Program Management Division for mega infrastructure projects including Smart Cities in India. In his 40-year career, Jagdish has led many iconic projects and programs collectively valued at over USD 100 Billion. They include India's first Greenfield, Smart and Sustainable Industrial City, Dholera SIR in Gujarat; Mumbai International Airport (Terminal 2) Expansion; London Thames River Tunnels; New City of Masdar in Abu Dhabi and the Orange County Wastewater Recycling Program, USA. Several of his projects have won international acclaim. Dholera's planning and design has been recognized with awards for “Best Integrated Planning”, “Best Green City” and “Best Geospatial Technology in Urban Planning”. Dholera is the first City in the world to be awarded the “Platinum” rating by the Green Building Council. He has also been recognized with the President's Award for his pioneering work in sustainable development by the American Academy of Environmental Engineers, USA. He is a registered Professional Civil Engineer (P.E.) in USA; a Board-Certified specialist by the American Academy of Environmental Engineers (AAEE) and certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI), USA.

He is a recognized expert and public speaker with over three dozen publications and presentations to his credit. He is the founding member of the steering committee setup to create a National Project/Program Management Policy Framework for India under the auspices of Niti Aayog. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in delivering mega, complex infrastructure projects and programs. He can provide high level strategic advisory services in all aspects of project/program management especially smart cities development, Airports, Water management and Transportation.

Alyzaa a.k.a. Yogita Salvi is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, has a Masters Degree in Accounts and Finance from the University of Mumbai and a Bachelors Degree in Commerce from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai. She has completed her basic and advanced level operations course in Retail F&B Management with MC.OP. Co (Jakarta, Indonesia) in her industrial training. She has basic certifications in C++, UNIX programming languages, and a certificate course in CPM/PERT Techniques (PGDME) and a certificate course in Export and Trade Management (JD Institute).

She has worked with the Taj Group, the Ambassadors group and has been on the core team of McDonald's, India (Systems management and operations) during launch of India operations. She has been on the internal audit team for companies like Birla Group of Companies, RPG Group, Standard Chartered Bank, Videocon Group, various pharmaceutical companies and Soram, Hongkong.

A chartered accountant since 1997, she practiced under the name Y.J. Salvi & Co and her expertise has been in internal audits, international taxation and forensic audits. She has vast experience in tax planning and has appeared before the Tribunal for redressal and advance rulings for MNCs. She has over 2 decades of experience in audits, accounts, finance, management, operations and business development.

She has played a key role in strategic advisory roles in the growing space of fintech, including advisory on annual budgets and growth and expansion strategy, overseeing the central audit department of a bank, liaison with the Reserve Bank of India for compliance and regulatory issues, supervision of the vigilance cell at the corporate office, and assisting in drafting of bank policies (such as credit policy, HR policy) as per central bank guidelines. She designed human resources review programmes integrated with training programmes endorsed by senior members of the RBI training college and conducted training workshops at the head office of the bank based in Mumbai. She has worked as an empanelled auditor for public sector and co-operative banks, and specialises in debt restructuring, working closely with asset reconstruction companies and banks for redressal of disputes and settlements of large NPA recovery accounts.

She was the Founder of Oxford Group of Companies based in Africa and Asia which invested and operated in diverse industry segments of manufacturing, logistics, textiles, pharmaceuticals and trading, and successfully managed the group for a decade with turnovers exceeding 100 million dollars. She has set up turnkey projects for Indian HNI investors in Africa, Middle East, Far East in the manufacturing sector, such as textiles, plastics, cement, water, waste to energy, packaging & recycling. She has worked on consulting assignments across industry segments specialising in business advisory, business development, green projects, turnkey projects in the manufacturing sector, merger and acquisitions, restructuring of sick units through debt restructuring, technology upgrades, fund mobilisation and strategic advisory to companies for growth and expansion. She has worked on various assignments in India, Sri Lanka, USA, UAE, Oman, Africa (Ethiopia, Djibouti, Rwanda, Congo, Lagos).

She has facilitated project funding for the SME sector and corporate clients for projects valued at over 500 million dollars through debt and equity funds over the last decade. She has been a keynote speaker at corporate training sessions and other CPE training seminars of the ICAI and has judged paper presentations by ICAI students at the Annual student conference of the Institute. Her multidisciplinary skills, knowledge and global exposure has steered the company within a short span of 5 years to a full service turnkey project consulting company.
